WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
- We stock all products except our t-shirts, in the Waikato New Zealand.
- Our t-shirts ship to you from Australia (if you order t-shirts & other items in your order, you will receive multiple packages).
WHAT IS YOUR PACKAGING MADE FROM?
- We ship the majority of our products in mailers made from 100% Recycled Plastic Waste. This is to encourage re-use of plastic already in circulation. Our t-shirts however, are shipped in recyclable brown-paper shipping bags.
- Our throw rugs & macramè are often wrapped individually in biodegradable tissue paper, and tied with hemp or jute string. Any sticking paper on this packaging is made from recycled materials, is water-activated, and the ink is soy-based. Any business cards are either compostable or recycled

WHO DESIGNS YOUR BLANKETS?
- Our supplier has the patterns on file, and we choose from them. In 2025-2026 we aim to design our own pattern for a throw, and bring that to our website.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
- Our blankets and throw rugs are woven by machines in China.
- The supplier of our t-shirts has factories across America, Caribbean & Bangladesh - so your t-shirt will have been made in one of these countries. The graphic designs are then printed in Australia.
- Some of our macramé pieces are made in New Zealand, and some are made in China (if a piece is made in New Zealand, it will be in the product title & description). As of 2025, we are no longer sourcing macramé from China, & instead we are only sourcing NZ-made macramé from NZ artists.
- Our dream catchers are made in China.
CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
- Unfortunately we cannot gift-wrap our t-shirts...
- BUT, our standard packaging for everything except t-shirts could already be classed as 'gift wrapped'! We wrap our blankets in biodegradable tissue paper & other environmentally friendly materials - so it's like receiving a little gift in the mail.
- If you want a note added to an order, or want us to completely hide the product with our wrapping, please flick us an email via the contact page on this website before placing your order, OR message us on instagram @linetoluna.

CAN I GET MY PRODUCT SENT AS A GIFT TO SOMEONE ELSE, WITH A PERSONALISED MESSAGE?
- Yes! Flick us a message before placing your order. Here, let us know the email address you will be checking out with, along with the exact personalised message you want.
- When ordering, make sure to put their address as the mailing address, and your address as the billing address.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
- We are not able to offer free shipping at this time due to raised shipping prices across the globe. We have however kept our shipping prices at fair flat rates, and you can check them out here.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY - CAN I GET A REFUND?
- If you have any concerns at all regarding your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can make things right. Please see our returns & refunds page for the criteria and more information.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
- Please check your Junk Folder. If you do find it there, please then add us to your "safe senders" list so you receive the shipping confirmation also.
- Otherwise (if it's not in your Junk folder) it may have been a system error on our end, or potentially a typo in your email when checking out. If you think it may be one of the latter, let us know vis our chatbot or website contact page, and we will reply as soon as we can.
