Please note that any return labels required, will be at your own cost.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
If for any reason you'd like to request a return, please let us know within 30 days of your purchase. If your return is accepted and we receive the item back to us in the same condition it was when it was sent out, then we will process your return in exchange for a refund.
TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Head to our Contact page, and be sure to include your order number with context of the return request.
NOTE: If you have not yet recieved your order when requesting the return, we will attempt to redirect the parcel back to us once we receive your request. If it is not possible for us to redirect the parcel however, then you will need to pay for a return label when it does arrive, to get it back to us.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All items are checked for damage before they are packaged and sent to you, but if you receive your item and you notice something is wrong, please get in touch via our Contact page within 48 hours of the item being delivered for next steps.
