Shipping | Line to Luna
We ship everything except our t-shirts to you from our location in Hamilton, Waikato ( New Zealand). We use either 100% recycled plastic-waste mailers, OR paper mailers/satchels (as the outer shipping layer), and any packaging on the inside is environmentally-conscious.
Our t-shirts are made in Australia, and ship direct to you from there (also in paper pouches OR 100% recycled-waste mailers).
Dispatch times (excluding t-shirts):
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, Monday through to Friday excluding public holidays (but if we are ever unable to ship items through a certain time period, we update our website banner before that time period arrives. Orders made during those time periods will be shipped after the period end).
Shipping times:
- Everything but T-Shirts: Usually our customers will receive their orders within 1-3 business days, but this can take longer depending on NZ Post delays. In order to report a "lost" parcel we do have to wait up to 10 business days.
- T-Shirts: Allow for 10-15 working days, due to these items shipping from Australia.
Shipping costs (excluding T-Shirts):
- Standard North Island NZ shipping $6.99 Flat Rate
- Standard South Island NZ shipping $9.99 Flat Rate
- Standard Australia shipping $24.99 Flat Rate
Shipping costs (T-Shirts only):
- Standard shipping $11.80 Flat Rate (shipping from Australia)

Shipping/Order Confirmations:
Our system sends order & shipping confirmations automatically, but sometimes they land in your Junk Folder.
If you didn't get a confirmation email after making an order, please check your junk folder. If you do find it there, please then add us to your "safe senders" list so you receive the shipping confirmation also. Feel free to contact us via the chatbot on our website if you do not find our confirmation emails in your Junk Folder.
Lost or damaged packages:
- Please contact us with your order number explaining the situation, so we can take next steps as necessary.
- If 10 working days have passed and your parcel has not arrived, please let us know, and we will be happy to chase this up with NZ Post.
