Shipping policy

 

We ship all items from our little abode in the Waikato, New Zealand. We ship in 100% recycled waste mailers, and send via the NZ Post mailing service.

Dispatch times:

- Normally we aim to dispatch orders Monday through to Thursday, excluding public holidays. Over the holiday season (Christmas/New Years) however, we will be taking a few breaks, so you can expect dispatch delays of between 1-2 weeks.

Shipping times:

- We have removed our shipping estimations because currently due to COVID-19, delivery delays are to be expected. Most orders sent within New Zealand are recieved within 3-5 business days, but in order to report a "lost" parcel we do have to wait up to 10 business days.

Locations:

Currently we mainly deliver within New Zealand, but we also have the shipping option to Australia. For now, if you reside outside of these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us to see whether it would be possible - You can reach us on insta @linetoluna, or via our contact page.

Shipping/Order Confirmations:

Our system sends order & shipping confirmations automatically, but sometimes they land in your Junk Folder.

If you didn't get confirmation email after making an order, please check your junk folder. If you do find it there, please then add us to your "safe senders" list so you receive the shipping confirmation also. Feel free to contact us via the chatbot on our website if you do not find our confirmation emails in your Junk Folder. 

Shipping costs:

- Standard North Island NZ shipping $6.99 Flat Rate

- Standard South Island NZ shipping $9.99 Flat Rate

- Standard Australia shipping $24.99 Flat Rate 

Lost or damaged packages:

- Please contact us with your order number explaining the situation, so we can take next steps as necessary.

- If 10 working days have passed and your parcel has not arrived, please let us know, and we will be happy to chase this up with NZ Post.
